With over 25 years of experience in real estate, investment strategy, and business development, Marcus O'Sullivan is an entrepreneur and executive with extensive experience across residential, commercial, development, and pre-construction markets. A graduate of McGill University & Queen's University, his background includes acquisitions, capital structuring, financing, portfolio strategy, and international real estate investment. As CEO of Golden Fraction, Marcus leads the company’s investment strategy, property partnerships, and global expansion, working closely with investors and developers to identify high-potential opportunities and create long-term value. His career has been associated with over $750 million in real estate transactions and investments.

Jonathan Goldstein

Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Jonathan Goldstein serves as Chief Financial Officer of Golden Fraction, overseeing the company’s financial strategy, capital allocation, investment analysis, reporting, and long-term financial planning. His role includes evaluating investment structures, monitoring portfolio performance, managing financial risk, and supporting decisions around acquisitions, funding, cash flow, and investor capital. Jonathan works closely with the executive and investment teams to ensure each opportunity is assessed with a disciplined financial framework. As CFO, he is focused on maintaining strong financial controls, efficient capital management, and a scalable financial structure as Golden Fraction continues to expand across international real estate markets.

Henry Becker

Chief Investment Officer (CIO)

With over 20 years of experience in real estate investing, Henry Becker serves as Chief Investment Officer of Golden Fraction, leading the company’s investment strategy, opportunity evaluation, and portfolio selection across domestic and international markets. His expertise includes property underwriting, market analysis, acquisition strategy, risk assessment, portfolio diversification, and identifying real estate opportunities with strong long-term appreciation and income potential. As CIO, Henry works closely with the executive and investment teams to evaluate each opportunity, assess market fundamentals, and ensure Golden Fraction’s property selection follows a disciplined, research-driven investment approach.

Michael Mayer

Head of Investor Relations

With 14 years of experience in property management and real estate operations, Michael Mayer oversees property performance, tenant relations, maintenance, leasing coordination, and day-to-day asset operations across the Golden Fraction portfolio. Throughout his career, Michael has managed residential and investment properties with a strong focus on maximizing occupancy, protecting asset value, controlling operating costs, and improving long-term property performance. Properties and investment strategies associated with his work have reportedly generated more than $150 million in 2026 for investors. As Property Manager at Golden Fraction, Michael works closely with owners, tenants, service providers, and the investment team to ensure each property is professionally managed and positioned for sustainable income and long-term value creation.

Lena O'Sullivan

Head of HR

Lena O'Sullivan serves as Head of Investor Relations at Golden Fraction, leading communication and relationship management with investors across domestic and international markets. She studied at Harvey Mudd College and brings a structured, client-focused approach to investor engagement and long-term relationship building. Her role includes supporting investors throughout the investment process, communicating new opportunities and portfolio updates, coordinating investor inquiries, and ensuring clear communication between clients and the Golden Fraction investment team. As Head of Investor Relations, Lena focuses on delivering a professional investor experience built around transparency, accessibility, and consistent support as Golden Fraction continues to expand its global investor community.

Austin Carter

Head of Legal & Compliance

Austin Carter serves as Head of Legal & Compliance at Golden Fraction, overseeing the company’s legal framework, regulatory processes, contractual standards, and compliance operations across its real estate investment activities. A graduate of Stetson University, Austin works closely with the executive, investment, and operations teams to support due diligence, review agreements, manage legal risk, and ensure internal processes remain aligned with applicable regulatory requirements. His role focuses on building a strong compliance foundation for Golden Fraction as the company expands, helping protect investors, maintain clear documentation, and support responsible growth across multiple markets.
