Referral Terms

1. Eligibility

To participate, you must:

• Be at least 18;
• Provide accurate information;
• Comply with applicable law;
• Not be prohibited from receiving referral compensation;
• Not be an employee, officer, director, broker, agent, adviser, or representative of a regulated person where payment would create an unlawful arrangement; and
• Complete any tax, identity, eligibility, or compliance requirements.

2. Referral Method

A referral qualifies only if submitted through:

• Referral link.
• Referral code.
• Personal invitation through account manager.

The referred person must be a new contact who has not previously:

• Registered with Golden Fraction;
• Submitted an inquiry;
• Been referred by another person; or
• Entered into discussions regarding the same Opportunity.

3. Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

• Spam or send unsolicited commercial electronic messages;
• Use misleading, deceptive, or unapproved advertising;
• Make guarantees about returns, approval, legality, liquidity, or performance;
• Provide investment, legal, tax, mortgage, or real-estate advice;
• Negotiate transaction terms;
• Represent yourself as Golden Fraction;
• Use paid search, trademark bidding, automated messages, or social-media advertising without approval;
• Refer yourself, household members, or entities you control;
• Misrepresent your relationship with Golden Fraction or a Developer;
• Collect, hold, or transmit referral or transaction funds; or
• Refer persons where the referral would breach securities, real-estate, mortgage, privacy, anti-spam, consumer-protection, sanctions, or other laws.

4. Approved Statements

You may use only materials approved by Golden Fraction.

You must clearly disclose:

• “I may receive a referral reward from Golden Fraction if you qualify under its referral terms. Golden Fraction is a technology and administrative platform and does not provide personal legal, tax, financial, investment, or real-estate advice.”

5. Referral Reward

Rewards are calculated based on the Referrals earnings, passive income or else, with prior discussion with Golden Fraction Marketing team.

• Currency: USD
• Payment timing: 30 days after qualification
• Maximum reward: $100,000
• Payment method: Bank wire transfer or digital assets

No reward is payable for a cancelled, reversed, fraudulent, disputed, refunded, or unlawful transaction. If percentage-based compensation or compensation tied to a real-estate, securities, mortgage, or investment transaction is contemplated, do not launch the program until counsel confirms that it is lawful in every relevant jurisdiction.

6. Tax Responsibilities

You are responsible for reporting referral rewards and paying all applicable taxes, including income tax, GST/HST, sales tax, withholding tax, and self-employment obligations. Golden Fraction may request tax forms or issue tax slips or other reporting documents where required.

7. Personal Information

You must not provide personal information about a prospective referral unless you have the legal authority and any required consent to do so. Where applicable, the prospective referral should submit their own information through Golden Fraction’s Platform. You must comply with the Privacy Policy and all applicable privacy and anti-spam laws.

8. Conflicts and Disclosure

You must disclose any personal, financial, employment, family, or business relationship with Golden Fraction, the Developer, or the referred person.

9. No Agency

Participation does not make you an employee, agent, broker, partner, representative, or joint venturer of Golden Fraction. You have no authority to bind Golden Fraction or make representations on its behalf.

10. Verification and Withholding

Golden Fraction may verify referrals, delay payment, withhold rewards, reverse rewards, or require repayment where it reasonably believes that:

• The referral was invalid;
• The program was abused;
• The referral involved fraud or unlawful conduct;
• Information was inaccurate;
• The transaction was cancelled or reversed; or
• Payment could create legal, regulatory, tax, sanctions, or reputational risk.

11. Program Changes

Golden Fraction may modify, suspend, or terminate the program at any time. Changes will apply prospectively unless otherwise required by law.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Golden Fraction is not liable for indirect, consequential, special, or lost-profit damages arising from the referral program. The maximum liability is the unpaid referral reward directly attributable to the qualifying referral.
